Ageing: 2 years and a half of ageing in oak casks, the first in barriques and then in barrel, followed by a minimum ageing of six months in the bottle before the release.
Nose: ample, fine and spicy, with notes of tobacco, licorice, vanilla and violet
Taste: full, harmonious with a slightly dry finish
