“Growing great grapes is the only way to get a great wine” that’s why in the vineyard, low yields are combined with low impact environmental farming techniques, in order to have the best quality while respecting the environment. In the cellar, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern winemaking technology.

Grape variety: 30% Chardonnay + 70% Pinot Noir
 
 
Ageing: Chardonnay is fermentated and aged “sur lie” in barrique for six months
 
 
Color: straw yellow, with fine perlage
 
 
Nose: ample and fine, with notes of bread crust, apple and toasted hazelnut
 
 
Taste: good structure and persistence, with a pleasant freshness given by acidity and salinity
