Vinification
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average
period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels. Finally,
bottle aging for approximately 6 months

Taste: elegant and powerful, with delicate floral and spicy notes. The tannins are velvety yet well-defined; the finish is clean and persistent
