DOWN-TO-EARTH COSMOPOLITANISM

The autochthonous and sometimes quite rustic variety Lagrein presents itself in this wine with cosmopolitan character and fashionable elegance.
VINIFICATION
Three weeks of mash fermentation in the wooden barrel, spontaneous acid degradation, 14 months of maturation in the barrel.
LOCATION / SOIL
